RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Our goal is to always make sure that you are happy with your Necktie Company purchase.

You can return your items for a refund or exchange them for new items if you are not satisfied with our items.

To receive a refund or an exchange, items must be in new condition, in original packaging, unworn, and postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. When you return any item please include the original packing slip.

Follow the steps below to complete the return process:

  1. Fill out and submit your order information through our online Returns Form
  2. A link to your prepaid label will be emailed to you, after submitting the Returns Form. Print the pre-paid shipping label found within the e-mail and attach it to the outside of your return package.
  3. You will be charged a $5.99 fee for returning items using the pre-paid label.
  4. Once we receive the returned items (please see above for item conditions) any credits for your return will be issued back to the original credit card. Please note we do not refund shipping charges. Refunds will be issued within five to ten business days of initiating the return, depending on your financial institution. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

    By law, we are obligated to apply our return policy in a uniform manner, so if you are returning any items, be sure that it is within our 30-day policy. Otherwise, we cannot accept your return.
